## Who SOM is for

SOM is a CRM and order exchange (MLS) for real estate agents, agencies and developers. It helps teams manage clients, find matching orders, plan their work and arrange joint deals using the Partner Sales System (SPP).

## Contacts and orders

A **contact** is a person or organisation you work with. An **order** is a specific request to sell, buy, let or rent property.

One contact can have several orders. A client selling an apartment and looking for a house has one contact record and two separate orders. Each order has an assigned employee, its own requirements and a work history.

## CRM and the order exchange

Your CRM holds your agency’s orders, contacts, tasks and deals. MLS helps you find partner offers, work with matching orders and transfer orders to another agent on agreed terms.

A **matching order** represents a suitable request from the other side of a transaction, such as a property for sale and a request to buy it. After reviewing the suggested matches, the agent checks them against the client’s needs and agrees on the next steps.

## Organising your work

Record important calls, agreements, viewings and next steps in the order’s **worklist**. This gives you and your colleagues a shared history of the work and helps you follow earlier agreements. Access to information depends on roles and agency settings.
