SOM notifications in WhatsApp help you follow important events and stay in touch with colleagues and partners. The [SOM website](https://som.estcrm.com/) describes three streams:

| Stream | Purpose |
| --- | --- |
| **Personal** | Keep up with important events in the system that concern you. |
| **Agency** | Support collaboration between agency employees. |
| **Group** | Support collaboration within a partner group. |

Ask your manager or [support](/docs/en/general/support) about connecting WhatsApp and the streams available for your SOM. When you receive a notification, open the relevant order or other record in SOM, review the context and record the outcome in the [worklist](/docs/en/orders/worklist).
