## Connect your accounts

You need an est.ua account to publish from SOM. In your CRM, open the section for linking to the est.ua portal and connect your portal account on the **Settings** tab.

The listing is created for the est.ua account of the employee responsible for the order. If the connection is missing, check it first or contact your administrator.

## Prepare the order

Check the request type, city, address, property details, price and currency. Add the advertising description and photos. Prepare the information intended for public display in the listing.

SOM uses the order’s data to create the listing, so you do not need to enter it again on the portal.

## Create the listing

Open the order and choose **Add listing on est.ua** in its action menu. Wait for the submission result. After successful creation, SOM saves the link to the new listing and adds an entry to the order’s worklist.

Choose **Go to listing on est.ua** and check the description, price, photos and contact details on the portal.

## If the listing already exists

You can link the order to an existing est.ua listing instead of creating a duplicate. Choose the linking action and enter your listing’s number.

Creating a SOM order from an existing portal listing is a separate import process. Use the **Create orders** tab in the est.ua connection section for that task.

## If the action is unavailable or an error occurs

Check the est.ua connection, the assigned employee and the order’s status. The creation action is unavailable for archived orders, orders linked to a deal or orders already linked to a listing. The assigned employee normally publishes the listing; assistant access depends on agency settings.
