## Plans and pricing

SOM pricing depends on your plan, number of users and payment period. See the [SOM website](https://som.estcrm.com/) for available plans. Check the payment section in your own CRM for the amount due for your agency.

## Free trial

New SOM accounts receive a free trial. Your registration email states its duration. Contact [support](/docs/en/general/support) if you need more time to explore the system.

To continue using SOM after the trial, choose a plan and pay for your subscription.

## How to pay

Users with the **director** or **superadmin** role can make payments.

1. Open the payment section in your own CRM.
2. Check the plan, payment period and amount.
3. Proceed to payment and follow the Interkassa payment system’s instructions.

## When the paid period ends

SOM displays reminders about the next payment date and overdue payments. If your agency has a payment grace period, access remains available during that period.

After the grace period ends, access to work in the CRM is restricted. Payment pages remain available so you can renew SOM. Contact support to confirm the grace period and terms for your plan.
