SOM notifications in WhatsApp help you follow important events and stay in touch with colleagues and partners. The SOM website describes three streams:

Stream Purpose
Personal Keep up with important events in the system that concern you.
Agency Support collaboration between agency employees.
Group Support collaboration within a partner group.

Ask your manager or support about connecting WhatsApp and the streams available for your SOM. When you receive a notification, open the relevant order or other record in SOM, review the context and record the outcome in the worklist.
